The registered manager is inspirational and passionate about the service. She has high expectations of her team and of herself and has worked hard to make this service outstanding. Staff spoke enthusiastically about the strong therapeutic and nurturing ethos of the home. They said how much they love working here and feel strongly supported by each other and the registered manager. Supervision and training are stimulating and relevant and are clearly focused on the needs of the young people.

The staff team is well managed. Staff work very well together & provide excellent levels of consistency & stability for young people. A Social worker said that there is excellent communication from the staff & that staff ensure that any concerns are passed on to them.

CJ – The home is effectively developing confidence, resilience, & social skills in our young person.
She appreciates everything that staff have done for CJ. She wouldn’t of known what she would have done without the team.
