ABOUT US

Aspireone Care are a family run therapeutic care home company who are small enough to care and big enough to make a difference to young peoples lives who are entrusted in our care.

We have 5 homes and a school in Staffordshire and Cheshire. Our focus is on the outcome of the young people and to support amazing staff that work for our care team as we continue to grow and develop.

Young People In Mind

Our homes are designed with the young people in mind and we offer a range of  therapeutic services that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of the young people and ensure our service is dynamic, refreshing and fun for each individual.

Family Based Environment

Our homes are designed to support young people in to adulthood in a supportive environment. Our beliefs are centred around creating a stable “family-based ” environment as we we offer small residential homes to ensure each young person feels values and experiences a true home experience.

Our role is to reach out and change lives;

COMMENTS
The registered manager is inspirational and passionate about the service. She has high expectations of her team and of herself and has worked hard to make this service outstanding. Staff spoke enthusiastically about the strong therapeutic and nurturing ethos of the home. They said how much they love working here and feel strongly supported by each other and the registered manager. Supervision and training are stimulating and relevant and are clearly focused on the needs of the young people.

CASE STUDY

A Young Person came to one of our homes with High Risk CSE, low self-esteem and difficulties regulating her emotions. We supported her in areas of how to keep herself safe and educated her on life skills encouraging her to express emotions appropriately and freely.

After 2 years she was reduced to Low Risk CSE and moved on to semi-independence with the help and support from our team. Today, she remains in contact with our home and often visits. She see’s Stoke as her home and the staff team as her family.
