What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Children: Maybe it’s in care, education, or another setting—you bring your passion and energy to the table.
- Enthusiasm & Resilience: You’re eager to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity.
- Qualifications: Happy to work towards (or already hold) a Level 3, 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care – Young People’s Workforce.
- UK Driving license & subject to a successful DBS for Young people & Children as we follow safer recruitment processes. Proof of identity will also be required. We are an equal opportunities employer.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a friendly and relaxed environment for the young people encouraging enjoyment, self-motivation, self-esteem, and respect for themselves and others.
- To play an active part and promote the participation of young people, in the decision-making process of the home. To assist with the day-to-day administration of the home by completing and maintaining accurate recordings.
- Promote and uphold the good reputation of the company in all contact with external agencies and individuals.
- To work with the young people and prospective carers to ensure the young person’s successful integration into a family or other residential placement.
- Safeguarding our young people is of paramount importance, as is our core ethos of providing quality care, education within a holistic, therapeutic environment. All candidates must share this ethos.
- All candidates will be required to go through a robust recruitment process and Enhanced DBS checking against Children’s Barred List. All staff who are involved in recruitment have gone through a stringent ‘Safer Recruitment Course’.

Pay: £12.96 – 14.21 per hour depending on qualifications & role

Experience:
- Social Care: 1-2 years with residential young people
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Children’s Care (advantage)
