Your role will involve assisting & supporting the home manager team in day to day duties & the staff within the home
- Be a lead team member whilst on shift
- Work with the young people to ensure all their needs are met
- Assist and supervise reporting and reviews
- Be a positive role model for other members of the team
For the Deputy role you must:
- Have worked in a young persons residential care setting for a minimum of 3 years ideally within a deputy manager position
- Have an NVQ level 3 in Residential Care with Children and Young people’s workforce.
- Hold a full UK driving license

Salary: £32 – £35,000 depending on experience
